My role combines company-wide AI leadership with hands-on development, connecting business strategy to production code. This includes presenting our AI roadmap to executives, integrating LLMs into ERP systems using Python, and designing AI solutions on Azure. A key focus is building a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging teams to experiment, share knowledge, and learn from one another. The Classify and Decide framework—Keep, Merge, Replace, Retire—guides my approach to evaluating applications, ensuring our technology continues to meet business needs and deliver value.
